We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, phone number, company name, and project details when you submit our contact form or request a quote. We also collect documents you upload for translation services. We automatically collect standard server log information including IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide translation and interpretation services, respond to inquiries, send quotes and invoices, improve our website and services, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Document Confidentiality
All documents submitted for translation are treated as strictly confidential. Translators and reviewers sign confidentiality agreements. Documents are stored on encrypted servers with access limited to project-assigned personnel. Upon project completion, you may request secure deletion of your source files.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption for data in transit, AES-256 encryption for data at rest, multi-factor authentication for all internal systems, and regular security audits. In the event of a data breach, affected parties will be notified within 72 hours.
5. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party services for email delivery, payment processing, and website analytics. These providers have their own privacy policies and are contractually bound to protect your data. We do not share client documents with any third-party services.
6. Your Rights
